Empower Fitness Adult Basketball Registration 2025
Empower Fitness is hosting an Adult Basketball League! Youth basketball sign-ups are on a different form.
The season will be from June 1st-August 10th; with games on Sundays at 4:00pm-7:00pm.
Registration fee for a FREE AGENT (individual player) is $70, or per TEAM (4 people) is $350 and must be paid in person at Empower Fitness. A liability waiver will be available at the front counter of the gym and is required to be signed prior to participation.
Refunds will not be issued after the starting date.

Youth Summer Basketball 4 on 4 Leagues and Clinics
Empower Fitness is hosting a summer basketball league for ages 8-17 years old. The regular season games will be held on Saturday's, 2pm-6pm from August 3rd - September 28th.
Prior to regular season beginning, 2 Preseason Clinics will be offered, as listed below. (Players under 12 year old must attend at least one clinic; 13+ year old is suggested but not required).
• Girls week 1 Clinic: July 15 - 16, @11am-1pm
• Girls week 2 Clinic: July 31 - Aug. 1, @11am-1pm
• Boys week 1 Clinic: July 17 - 18, @11am-1pm
• Boys week 2 Clinic: July 28 - 30, @11am-1pm
The registration fee per player is $50 (season and clinic included with single fee) and must be paid in person at Empower Fitness. A liability waiver will be available at the front counter of the gym and is required to be signed prior to participation (Parent or guardian must sign for anyone under the age of 18).

Empower Fitness Volunteer Form
Step 1: Please complete this application and request to serve in a position. We use this information to help the gym provide a safe and secure environment for all who participate in our programs.
Step 2: A Staff member will contact you and discuss the volunteer duties. We ask that our volunteers complete a background check & LiveScan, which will be paid for by the Gym.
