Rental Request

Empower Fitness has various spaces in the gym available to rent, including an indoor Basketball/Volleyball Court (Court is NOT available for rental during the hours of 3-6pm on weekdays), a newly renovated Learning Center/Conference Room, and an upstairs Exercise Room. Fill out this request form, and once approved, you will receive a link for payment that must be paid prior to your event. The responsible party must be over 18 years of age.
