The registration fee per player is $60/Clinic. $12/HR drop in rate can be paid in person at the gym. A liability waiver will be available at the front counter of the gym and is required to be signed prior to participation (Parent or guardian must sign for anyone under the age of 18).
Refunds will not be issued after starting date.

By signing up, I agree to grant Empower Fitness the right to use child’s likeness, including photographs, videos, and any other visual representations, for promotional purposes on social media, company blogs, and other digital marketing activities. I understand that I waive the right to inspect or approve any posts or content featuring child’s likeness. This permission is valid until revoked in writing and will apply to all social media and digital platforms, whether now known or hereafter created. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for the use of child’s likeness.
